Disclaimers

Are my contributions/donations tax deductible?

No, they are not tax-deductible. Political organizations, corporations, and political parties are not tax-deductible. Most organizations including many non-profits are not tax-deductible. Since our activities may include, but not limited to, funding and creating a political party, helping, mentoring, campaigning and promoting regular Americans for office, we are not legally allowed to qualify as tax-exempt, we have decided that the best structure for time being is a private corporation.

General disclaimer

This website is not a registered political party, nor do we have candidates. The Citizens Lottery Party Inc. is a service, funded through your donations and sales in our gift shop, to work on your behalf, towards establishing a new party with a new system for nominating its candidates. For tax purposes, we are currently a private corporation with the intention of gathering funds and organizing the American people to eventually register a political party. Members of this website may be referred to as Party members while still being registered to and voting the currently registered parties. Please continue to vote for your respective parties until Citizens Lottery Party has been registered in your state and you have the ability to register as a party member. Membership to this website is free. All content and policies on this website are subject to change based on the law or new information that we receive. We are not liable for any losses you may incur due to abrupt changes to the website.
