Back Orders or Delays:

Orders can be occasionally delayed, or arrive separately for various reasons, including being on backorder. To prevent fraud you may receive a call to verify your order. We reserve the right to delay or refuse any shipment for any reason. Please wait 10 days from the date of purchase before filling out form below to inquire.

No refunds or cancellations on items purchased in our website store:

Refunds will only be given in the case of fraud.

Exchanges:

Approvals for exchange are approved on a case-by-case basis. Only undamaged shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are eligible for exchange. Before ordering we encourage you to double check that the size of the shirt you order is the same as the size of the shirts you or the recipient normally wear. We reserve the right to deny any exchange for any reason. Exchanges are one time per order. We only approve exchanges that are one size up or one size down. Men’s style clothing and Women’s style clothing cannot be exchanged for each other. Approvals are based on the date of purchase.

Examples:

Exchanging large shirt for a small or vice versa will not be approved for exchange.

Attempting to exchange large orders shirts will not be approved.

Exchange Process:

Please fill out, submit, and print the form below for each individual item you want to exchange within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an approval of exchange. Please allow 10 business days for approval. If approved you will be notified by email and we will mail you a return label. You will include the printed form with the item for exchange. The exchange size will be reshipped to the original address once we receive your exchange.

I have not received my order:

Please wait 10 days from the date of purchase before filling out and submitting form below.

I received the wrong or damaged item:

Fill out form below, submit, print and email pictures of the wrong or damaged item within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include the shipping receipt in the picture:

We will double check your order, and once approved, you will be sent out a return label to the original shipping address. Once we receive the item we will reship your item.

Please include this form and checks in the box with the returned item to receive an exchange or credit. We are not responsible for items sent without the form.
