Inquiries, Exchanges, Wrong or Damaged Items Form
Please use the form and instructions located in the “Webstore Policy and Exchanges” link which can be found at the bottom of the “Shop” page.
Orders can be occasionally delayed, or arrive separately for various reasons, including being on backorder. To prevent fraud you may receive a call to verify your order. We reserve the right to delay or refuse any shipment for any reason. If you haven’t received your order please wait 10 days from the date of purchase before inquiring.
Refunds will only be given in the case of fraud. If you have received the wrong or damaged item we will double check your order and you will be sent out a shipping return label to the original shipping address. Once received we will reship your item. Only undamaged shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are eligible for exchange. Fill out, submit, and print the form for each individual item you want to exchange within 14 days, or 7 days if wrong or damaged, of receiving your order. Men’s style clothing and Women’s style clothing cannot be exchanged for each other. Approvals are based on the date of purchase. The correct size will be reshipped to the original address once we receive your exchange.
